      Ai sensi dell’art. 105 del D.Lgs. 50/2016 e s.m.i., il concorrente che intenda subappaltare la fornitura nei limiti di Legge, è tenuto a indicare nell’offerta le parti della fornitura oggetto di subappalto nonché la terna dei subappaltatori.

      La procedura in oggetto per l’aggiudicazione dell’accordo quadro è espletata in esecuzione della determina a contrarre del presidente ed amministratore delegato di data 12.12.2017.

      Responsabile unico del procedimento: Ing. Patrizio Nussio.

      Il responsabile unico del procedimento, ai sensi dell’art. 51, comma 1, del D.Lgs. 50/2016 e s.m.i., ha evidenziato la suddivisione del contratto in 2 lotti prestazionali, di cui all’art. 3, comma 1, punto ggggg), in conformità alla tipologia di prodotto da fornire.

      La stazione appaltante si riserva espressamente la possibilità di annullare la gara, modificarne o rinviarne i termini in qualsiasi momento e a suo insindacabile giudizio senza che i concorrenti possano avanzare pretese di qualsiasi genere e natura.

      La stazione appaltante si riserva di non procedere all’aggiudicazione dell’accordo quadro ai sensi dell’art. 95, comma 12, del D.Lgs. 50/2016 e s.m.i..
