         L"appalto ha per oggetto l"affidamento della gestione del servizio di ristorazione scolastica destinato alle utenze più avanti descritte, ai sensi dell"art. 144 del D.Lgs. n. 50/2016.

         Il servizio, deve essere espletato dall"Impresa a proprio rischio e con propria autonoma organizzazione, e secondo quanto definito dal presente Capitolato e delle varianti migliorative proposte dall"Impresa in sede di offerta ed eventualmente accolte dalla Stazione Appaltante.

         Il valore presunto dell"appalto è stato stimato in 816 000 EUR. L"importo si intende al netto di I.V.A. ed è comprensivo dell"eventuale periodo di rinnovo.
