        The main purpose of this procurement procedure is to select a pool of consultants able to support EFSA in the achievement of the Strategic Objective number 5 (OS5), “Create an environment and culture that reflects EFSA’s values”. In particular the OS5 aims to strength of performance and quality orientation via the full establishment of a corporate business control function and the streamlining of EFSA’s controlling initiatives (including risk management, internal control, quality management) supporting continuous improvement.

        The aim of this procurement procedure is to conclude a multiple framework contract in cascade for 4 years. The framework contract will be implemented through specific contracts. Each time the framework contractor responds to a call under the framework contract, a specific contract will have to be concluded between EFSA and the framework contractor. The specific contract will set out the specific conditions for performing the individual assignment.
