      Con riferimento alla fornitura in somministrazione di stent carotideo C-Guard, per l"U.O.C. di Cardiologia – Divisione Emodinamica dell"ospedale «M. Paternò Arezzo» di Ragusa, la cui durata era stata prevista per tre anni, questa ASP di Ragusa, con delibera n. 82 del 16.1.2018 ha disposto l"aggiudicazione per un anno, in quanto la tipologia dei beni oggetto della citata fornitura risulta compresa nelle categorie merceologiche individuate dal DPCM del 24 dicembre 2015, per le quali la centrale di committenza per l’acquisto di beni e servizi (CUC) sta procedendo a espletare apposita gara regionale centralizzata. Pertanto, nelle more dell’espletamento della suddetta gara regionale, la centrale unica di committenza per l’acquisto di beni e sevizi (CUC) ha autorizzato questa A.S.P. di Ragusa all’acquisto di n. 10 stent carotidei, occorrenti al fabbisogno di un anno. Per quanto sopra, sulla base dei suddetti quantitativi, l"importo complessivo, riferito alla durata di un anno, è di 14 500,00 EUR oltre IVA 4 %, pari a 15 080,00 EUR IVA compresa.
